All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Merah Gallery.

3. Artwork Information and Representation

• All artworks, descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and narratives are presented for informational and curatorial purposes.
• Due to the handmade nature of artworks, slight variations in color, texture, scale, and finish may occur.
• Images shown on screen may differ from the actual artwork due to lighting, screen calibration, or display limitations.

Merah Gallery does not guarantee that digital representations are perfectly accurate.

4. Pricing and Availability

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Displayed prices do not necessarily include shipping, taxes, duties, insurance, or installation unless explicitly stated.
• Availability of artworks is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Merah Gallery.

Merah Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or inquiry at its discretion.

5. Orders, Payments, and Transactions

• All purchases are subject to written confirmation and acceptance by Merah Gallery.
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods communicated by the gallery.
• Full payment may be required prior to shipment or release of artwork.

Merah Gallery does not store full payment card details. Transactions are handled through secure third-party providers.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

• Shipping arrangements may be handled by Merah Gallery or third-party logistics partners.
• Shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• All sales of artworks are final, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Custom, commissioned, or limited works are non-refundable.
• Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, supported by documentation.

Merah Gallery retains sole discretion in assessing claims.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Artwork images
• Text, curatorial narratives, and descriptions
• Logos, branding, and design elements

are the intellectual property of Merah Gallery or its artists and licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
